With the help of Erika from Light Sky Photography, we’re treated to a stunning DIY and vintage Thanksgiving wedding in the great outdoors. The celebration is filled with whimsical touches, from the metallic pumpkin tablescape to the flower-adorned wings on the ‘flower kids.’ But what truly takes our breath away is Sheryll’s effortlessly cool attitude – she rocks her wedding crocs like they’re haute couture.
And did we mention that Sheryll’s stunning wedding dress is actually a repurposed prom gown? Erika shared with us that the couple opted to DIY every aspect of their big day, including building a shed in their backyard and sourcing second-hand furniture and rugs. As vegans, they also made sure that 99% of their menu was plant-based – the only exceptions being the turkey and gravy, which they graciously allowed for their non-vegan friends and family. The pièce de résistance?
