I had the privilege of being the Wedding Planner for a unique couple who reached out to me with an exciting concept: a ‘car-themed wedding’ at an automotive museum in Pennsylvania. From the get-go, I was inspired to come up with creative ways to incorporate their love of cars into the celebration. One idea that stood out was designing a custom podium for the happy couple to stand on during the ceremony, surrounded by the sleek displays and nostalgic charm of the museum.

Get on track with Joanne & Jeff’s race car wedding with German castle reception
Imagine celebrating your special day surrounded by the thrill of speed and the rush of adrenaline at one of the world’s most iconic racetracks – the Nürburgring in Germany. This wasn’t just any ordinary wedding, but a meticulously crafted experience that blended the couple’s shared passion for cars with the magic of their love story.
The pièce de résistance was the presence of their own vehicles, parked alongside the DJ and band, adding an extra layer of excitement to the already electric atmosphere. The bride’s ride and groom’s vroom were more than just a nod to their shared hobby – they were a testament to the couple’s unique bond. Despite the challenges that came with transforming the museum into a wedding venue, our team rose to the occasion, ensuring that the couple’s love remained at the forefront of the celebration.
With its blend of engineering touches, a fairytale-like castle reception, and even bubble gun fights, this was a truly unforgettable wedding that left everyone in awe.
